Five Part
God is on a mission! That mission is to seek and save the lost and to bring all people into relationship with Him. We all have a part to play. This five part study is designed for you to use during servant event projects.
Anxiety is prevalent in our world today and can often feel disruptive to lives, plans, and relationships. But what is anxiety, really? Why does it seem to be showing up more and more in and around us? How do we help our youth wrestle with the weights of a world that does have very real challenges without being overcome with anxiety?
In these four session study, we will work through a theological and spiritual perspective of anxiety, fear, and worry. It will help youth gather tools for our mental health toolbox for the anxiety, worry and fear in all of us.

This Bible study series reviews five scriptural stories of people who were called out of some particular place or situation by God and into service to Him and to others. This series was originally created to serve LCMS Servant Events during their week-long programming.
Service is central to the story of Scripture. Each of these devotions and Bible studies seeks to demonstrate this truth while focusing on an element of story and an aspect of service. Each devotion and Bible study are designed to be paired together.
God is the creator of all things and He holds all things together. Resilience is part of His work in holding all things together inside of us and between us. This five part Bible study series on Resilience helps us to think about how God can create in us a resilient identity in Christ that is tied to our emotions and mental health, our relationships, challenges, struggle, hope, and God’s promises.
“In Christ Alone … We Serve” is an important reminder to all of us, as servant event leaders and participants in faithful service, of the true work of Christ. All that we have, all that we believe and all that we are comes only through Christ alone. Because of God’s great love for
us, He sent His Son Jesus to die for us. This precious gift inspires us to live each day through the love, power, grace, mercy and joy that come in Christ alone. These devotions and Bible studies are a series that can be used for service work or in other settings.
The theme "I Am An Echo" plays off one of the daily themes from the 2016 Youth Gathering. We are the echos of Jesus Christ, sharing His Gospel in what we say and do. These devotions (along with the Bible studies with this same theme) are designed to help young people focus on the source of their faith and to consider how in living out their faith they are an echo of Jesus. In our vocations and service, God is at work helping us to echo love, mercy, and joy to others.
