In this day and age it seems hard to find contentment. Social media has many of us comparing ourselves to others and finding ourselves lacking in one way or another. The Bible has much to say to us about contentment as well as where striving after the things of this world can lead. This study helps to talk to youth about their contentment in Christ.
This four part Bible study series is meant to shed some light on young people in Scripture and how God worked through them or through their situation. As young people look to live out their vocation, these stories can point them to examples of God’s work through young leaders in the past.
The Search for My Identity dives into the topic of identity. Removing all the superficial labels we put on ourselves, this study allows participants to see themselves and other races, tribes, and people the way God sees them.
What Does it Mean to be Lutheran? explores how the Lutheran tradition delights in the tensions of Scripture, even if it is a challenge to hold these tensions together. Participants will learn how the Lutheran tradition confesses that Jesus is at the center of our salvation, faith, and life.
