This 3-week study looks at the identity God gives us as His children. As we examine what our identity is, we will figure out how our world, culture, and Satan attempt to steal it. These studies are designed to help foster conversation about how youth build their identities so they can build them resiliently in Jesus. And then we’ll discuss how to protect ourselves against this identity theft.

As you do this study with your youth, consider printing and distributing the accompanying Identity Theft Devotions.

Rebekah Freed is Kansas-grown girl who now lives in cornfields of Nebraska (with a 9-year stop in Buffalo, NY). The next set of studies in this Confirmation 2.0 series will focus on the Lord’s Prayer. Through this series, we focus on learning to pray by listening to the words the Lord has given us to pray. The first session we explore Old Testament prayers of the people of God, and in the second, we look at Jesus’ own prayers. In the final session we look at Jesus’ unforgettable response with the disciples asked him about prayer.
