Losing My Identity

Merriam Webster defines identity as, “who someone is; the name of a person; the qualities, beliefs, etc., that make a particular person or group different from others.” Based on the definition, different factors comprise a person’s identity. This study will review five different attributes (family, name, abilities, beliefs, and appearance) that help to build identity and how their loss can impact a person’s self-concept.
