It is important to have direction and goals for your youth ministry, but those can be hard to set and track. This article is designed to give guidance on how to choose and follow up with goals for your programming so you can best share the Gospel with your teens.

Through Jesus, God freely gives us Himself as our goal--our future--our inheritance. We have the greatest portion we could ever want: eternity with God.

Our future will undoubtedly be shaped by these times, and those who work with Gen Z must consider the ways this pandemic may affect the youngest generation, and what we can do to continue to work with and reach them right now.

The Gospel never changes; however, we must pay attention to both who we are speaking to and why we are engaging them in relationship in order to be most effective in ministry.

You probably won’t just have one “why,” and having a clear picture of that as a ministry team is crucial.
