The Gospel never changes; however, we must pay attention to both who we are speaking to and why we are engaging them in relationship in order to be most effective in ministry.

While each ministry area may focus on a different demographic, having a clear picture of who we’re trying to serve and reach clarifies our vision even more.

It is easy to get discouraged with low numbers or in not attracting a certain demographic you hope for, but we wouldn’t want to miss the ones who ARE showing up, the ones you do have connections with.
