Road to the Gathering

The Gathering is a place many of us are excited to experience. We want to be there! But God is also in all things when we return home in this final devotion for adult leaders attending the 2022 Youth Gathering.

Maybe you have notice that preposition in our theme that has been used throughout this week and these devotions: “IN”. This fourth devotion for adult leaders taking groups to the 2022 Youth Gathering we look at how God became in all things in an act of humility.

“God is God, and I am Not!” is hard to share with young people when we have things we don’t always understand. In the third devotion for adult leaders in preparation for the 2022 LCMS Youth Gathering, we talk about how God is In All Things no matter what happens.

In this second devotions for adult leaders preparing for the 2022 LCMS Youth Gathering. God is continually reconciling Himself to me – over, and over, and over again! He truly loves me yesterday, today, and forever!

You might already be exhausted as you prepare for the 2022 LCMS Youth Gathering. In this first of a series of adult resource devotions, we hope as you bring your group to this event that God may strengthened you in wisdom and understanding to bear fruit in both you and your students.
